The Founder

Her Eminence M/SNR.RT.Rev.Mother Prophetess Bishop Oluwaleti Dorcas Agbediya (JP) was a revered spiritual leader known for her profound dedication to faith and service to her community.

Born on June 27, 1901, Esa Oke, a town in Osun State, Nigeria. She was destined for a life of spiritual guidance and leadership. 

From a young age, Her Eminence displayed a deep reverence for spirituality, and her calling to serve the divine manifested in 1942.

It was in this year that she received her divine calling, marking the beginning of her lifelong journey as a beacon of faith and compassion.

Throughout her life, she unwaveringly dedicated herself to disseminating the teachings of the gospel and uplifting those in her midst, while embracing and adhering to the doctrine of the Cherubim and Seraphim.

In 1956, she founded The Holy Church of God C&S OLUWALETI, a testament to her unwavering faith and visionary leadership.

Under her leadership, the church prospered, evolving into a sanctuary of solace and spiritual enlightenment that reached beyond the town of Esa-Oke, touching the lives of many far and wide.

Beyond her role as a spiritual leader, she was also a devoted wife to Mr. Ojo and a loving mother to their four children.

Her family provided her with unwavering support as she pursued her calling, and together, they embodied the values of love, unity, and compassion.

Her Eminence’s impact extended far beyond the walls of her church, as she was actively involved in various community initiatives aimed at promoting social welfare and empowerment.

Her dedication to serving others earned her widespread respect and admiration, solidifying her legacy as a true servant of God.

On January 18, 2020, Her Eminence M/SNR. RT.Rev.Mother Prophetess Bishop Oluwaleti Dorcas Agbediya (JP) peacefully passed away, leaving behind a profound legacy of faith, compassion, and service.

Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who were touched by her grace and wisdom.

May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her teachings continue to inspire and uplift generations to come. Amen.

The Leader in Charge

Sup/Ap/Pro/Dr. Akinyemi Oluwafemi Elijah, born on August 22, 1985, in Esa Oke, a town in Osun State, Nigeria, exemplified a profound dedication to his faith from a tender age.

He is additionally the grandson of the late Her Eminence M/SNR. RT.Rev.Mother Prophetess Bishop Oluwaleti Dorcas Agbediya (JP), which ultimately prompted him to respond to the divine call in 2003.

After pursuing his education and earning a Higher National Diploma, he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to the service of God.

In 2017, he was appointed as the leader in charge, marking a significant milestone in his spiritual journey.

With unwavering faith and a deep sense of responsibility, he has led his congregation with compassion, wisdom, and humility.

His commitment to uplifting others and spreading the message of love and hope has endeared him to many.

In reflecting on his journey, Sup/Ap/Pro/Dr. Elijah expresses profound gratitude for God’s faithfulness in every aspect of his life.

He acknowledges that walking with God with a sincere heart and unwavering faith has been the greatest blessing bestowed upon him.
